|Cancellations/Changes to Orders
||We can change or cancel same-day orders during business hours. For requests after business hours or the next days, we will make our best effort to make the change as long as the order has not been already shipped. Our warehouses ship within 24-48 hours so please be sure when ordering.

- 30 days for any reason: we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery with an RMA. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please email Customer Service at email@example.com But before giving up, we have lots of custom strategies and parts that can make any doorway work so feel free to email pics or even short videos to Service@Gym1.net as 9 times out of 10, we can solve any issue.
- Return your Gym 1 order in the original packaging in good condition. There are two options – send it back to our return addresses in the USA & Canada at your expense or get a prepaid UPS label from our Customer Service team and have $19.95 deducted from your refund. Trial customers can also get a prepaid label for an additional payment of $19.95. In the USA, we recommend shipping back via UPS which is usually the most affordable from your location. In Canada, we recommend Royal Post which is usually most affordable.
- Clearly write the RMA # and the customer order name on the outside of the carton so we can match it up correctly. Our warehouse cannot accept any returns without an RMA # or your shipment will be returned to you.
- Ship the equipment back to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving an RMA number; if not, your RMA number will be voided. Shipping charges to your delivery address are not refundable.
